These days, the desire to celebrate with our beloved ones is greater than ever. But also, with colleagues. The best place to celebrate and gather is at your flagship Malaga restaurant: La Fábrica. Here, as usual, all year long, you can enjoy a perfect meal with our Christmas menu options. Besides, they will be available during the whole festive dates.

Experience it yourself! If you like to seize these Christmas meals as a way to catch up with your colleagues, what better way to whet your appetite than by tasting the delicious appetizers for sharing served by La Fábrica? Will you dare to try Tex-mex nachos, chilli con carne, guacamole, cheddar cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo and jalapeños or do you fancy more the exotic flavour of the Creamy blue cheese, mushroom mix and teriyaki croquettes? And don’t forget about the Textured soy patty curry styled with veggies mix, ideal for the most traditional palates.

For starters, we introduce you to the star dishes on our menus: Jingle Bells, Christmas Tree and Santa Claus. To start with, a homemade hamburger featuring the amazing combination of Matured beef sirloi with fries and Padrón peppers. Our second favourite is the delicious Roasted Iberian boneless flank with toasted almond, garlic and herbs mix and roasted baby potatoes,which will water your mouth. Finally, celebrate the arrival of Santa Claus tasting the unprecedented Matured beef sirloin with fries and Padrón peppers. Are you ready to live these succulent bursts of flavour? And meat isn’t all! If you are more into a coastal and innovative experience, we will also indulge you with our Roasted salmon, mandarine and ginger glazed, basmati rice and a Japanese touch. Last, even those with the sweetest tooth can try a touch of sweetness with the Christmas menus. This year we offer you a Blondie with walnuts, candied peanuts, vanilla ice cream and liquid chocolate which is a total finger-licking dessert, something fruitier such as Banoffe pie, spiced cinnamon crumble and banana chips and also the typical Christmas must that will not be missing at any Malaga restaurant or any home: Nougat mousse in textures, chestnut sponge cake and blueberries. Is there anything that can beat the nougat on Christmas?
