Beer Pairing: A Gourmet 6 Hands Combination for the Malaga Gastronomy Festival 2018
A good beer pairing is the inspirational base for the creation of our beer on taps and our Malaga restaurant menu. Our Master Brewers prepare with passion and dedication the craftbeer flavours and aromas that perfectly pair with each and every one of the dishes in La Fábrica’s menu.
Gastronomy and #craft_beer is what lies on our beer-loving hearts. That is why, at our restaurant in Malaga, we did not want to miss the opportunity to pay homage to the Costa del Sol gastronomic event that gathers tens of thousands of foodies every year. Find out what’s behind the 6-hands beer pairing at La Fábrica on the occasion of the Malaga Gastronomy Festival 2018.
6-Handed Beer Pairing at La Fábrica
The top gastronomic festival in Malaga and a reference in the south of Spain is back with an agenda that promises great moments on the stoves. Our Executive Chef, Mario Rosado, who already took part at the Malaga Gastronomy Festival in previous years, and La Fábrica Master Brewers wanted to do their bit with a 6-handed #craft_beer pairing.
May’s La Esperada, one of our limited edition beers on tap, is a high level gastronomic tribute in the shape of a Pale Ale with kumquat and curry leaf. Our three taste and brewing-pleasure professionals participate in the creation of this citrus and #beerisistible treat for the senses. Besides, since these days the star will be the beer pairing, our chef will be offering a reinvention of the traditional Andalusian pastry with a Pionono made of pork and citrus curry. The perfect tapa for our Pale Ale or the perfect Pale Ale for our tapa. It is up to you!
Haven’t you tried it yet? Come to La Fábrica before May 27th to #scubeerdive and enjoy this spring’s most refreshing combo. A delicious gastronomic couple second to none during the main gastronomic event in Malaga.
