We have different menus that won’t disappoint you, but be warned: here at La Fábrica, once you’ve tasted our beers you won’t want to stop!

Dixie, one of our menus, is full of rustic delicacies that you can taste in starters for sharing like the Kentucky-style crispy chicken with sweet chilli or the traditional Nachos with guacamole, pico de gallo, cheddar and sour cream. Is your mouth already watering? Wait until you try the classic beef burger flavoured with bacon and caramelised onion. What an #explosion_of_flavour!

Since we have options for everyone, the Folk menu is for you if you feel like eating something more exotic. For example, our tasty Smoked and spicy bravas or the Roasted beef patty with tender spring onions and Idiazábal cheese. As main course you can choose the irresistible Premium burrito if you are a lover of Mexican food, or the Norwegian burger: roasted salmon with corn salad, avocado, brie cheese and basil-yogurt sauce. As main courses we offer you the Confitted codfish on smashed potatoes and saffron sauce and the exquisite Teriyaki Iberian pork cheeks with potato parmentier and mushrooms ragout. We know… It’s a very difficult choice. And that’s not all. Have you forgotten the desserts? How about a traditional Christmas flavour like almond nougat in a millefeuille? We have organised everything for a successful Christmas lunch or dinner because we want you to have an incredible time here at La Fábrica. Even if you want to order a cake to have a perfect celebration, we’ll take care of it! Our aim is that you have fun in this Christmas time and that you feel at home with us. For this reason, we recommend you to make a reservation since Malaga restaurants will probably be overcrowded this season.

To enjoy our menus, the minimum number of people is eight. If not, there’s a small additional cost per person. In any case, you will enjoy any of our special offers! You have to pay 5 days in advance at least when you make your reservation. At the same time, you must pay in advance a 30% of the total amount in cash or by bank transfer.
