You’ll Fall in Love with La Fábrica’s New Menu
Now that summer is coming you crave fresher dishes, and… our restaurant in Malaga’s Soho surprises us with a new menu. As we know that every one of you has your own style, this menu is full of options for everyone: starters to share, burgers, salads, meats and fish, special dishes, children’s dishes… Try our wide variety of dishes and don’t let # nothing_cloud_your_experience!
If you are looking for something to share, we have several proposals that you will love. Try the disaronno foie mousse with pear and cinnamon compote, a delicacy whose flavour is enhanced if you accompany it with our Strong Ale. In addition, we recommend a combination that will triumph on your palate: the exquisite rolls of garlic prawns with vegetables and red pesto mayonnaise accompanied by a very fresh Lager.
On the other hand, for those who prefer something “sturdier”, you cannot miss our exquisite burgers accompanied paired with our exclusive Cruzcampo IPA or Strong Ale beers. Will you choose the classic La Fábrica beef burger with goat cheese, caramelized onion with beer and kimchee mayonnaise, or would you prefer the Fabri-Vegan option? On the other hand, if you prefer a lighter dish, try our delicious salad of tender sprouts, pineapple with pink pepper, toasted cashews, caramelized goat briquette, red onion and molasses and coconut dressing. And don’t forget to pair it with our craft beers: Malagueta (APA), Lager o Trigo.
And for you, the lover of embers, at our restaurant in Malaga you will have the opportunity to choose between several succulent meat or fish dishes. Would you dare to try the exotic flavour of our Roasted salmon loin with red curry sauce and coconut with fried rice and vegetable mix or the tasty Grilled Presa Iberico, red mojo and roasted potato wedges with butter and rosemary? Our mouth is already watering, just to imagine it…

In addition to an exclusive section with the most popular dishes for children, we present a section of special dishes among which we highlight the exotic Glazed noodle wok with yakiniku sauce, crispy tofu, lime, a mix of vegetables and pumpkin seeds or Marinated tuna tataki, crispy edamame, wakame seaweed and avocado gazpachillo. Pair them with our Cruzcampo beers and experience a real #explosion_of_flavour!
But we have also thought about the most delicious and we have prepared a dessert menu that will leave you gaping for more. Try the classic Hot Butter Brownie with walnuts and peanuts with vanilla ice cream and liquid chocolate or the delicious Peanut Mousse, Toffee, Cinnamon Crumble and Caramel Chantilly.
