Young beef cuts and Bazkaleku
In the new menu of Cruzcampo Brewery’s La Fábrica you will be able to find a great selection of top quality meats. How do we know it? We have endeavoured to find experienced beef producers who value their product as much as we value our Soho beers. For this reason, we have allied with La Finca Jiménez Barbero “The Meat of Happiness” and with Bazkaleku “Meat the specialist”. Thanks to them, we can offer you young beef, matured for 10 to 12 days and with a soft, elegant and delicate flavour; and beef pieces from 4 to 5 years old with maturations ranging from 14 to 21 days, which provide elegant, fatty and rounded flavours.
Our producers strive to find farms that take care of the good feeding and welfare of their cows, fed with grass, fodder and grain, which provides the final quality of the cut of beef.
The final result are 5 cuts of beef and 3 garnishes: T-Bone, French Rack, Ribeye Steak, Low Tenderloin of beef and Beefsteak; accompanied by Homemade chips with Padron peppers, Low temperature roasted baby potatoes with Padron peppers or Grilled seasonal vegetables. Each one of our pieces undergoes the maturing process that best enhances its qualities (in beef fat butter, with bone or without bone). A real meaty experience which you will be able to enjoy at La Fábrica in Malaga’s Soho.
