Among our starters, you can try an incredible Foie gras timbale with figs and quince jelly with a port reduction or an exquisite Creamy roll of prawns, roast leek and kimchi. Our starters are really something, aren’t they? Wait and let us introduce you now to the delicious Lightly roasted in butter scallops with faux pack choi risotto, a real explosion of flavour worthy of the occasion. Now is the turn of our main courses. You can choose between a tasty Sea bass with tomato compote, Nanttua sauce and mini vegetables or a succulent Loin of matured national Angus, spiced potatoes and caramelised peppers.
