Gala dinner + party: the evening begins with flavor at La Fábrica

The event begins at 8:30 p.m. with a gala dinner prepared and designed to surprise. This special menu includes dishes such as: scallop tartare, red shrimp samosa, oxtail cannelloni, baked sea bass, braised pork cheeks, and a delicious nougat mille-feuille. A varied, festive, and flavorful menu, perfect for starting the evening with an unforgettable toast.

Don’t forget the drinks: dinner includes wine, craft beers, and a toast with cava so your New Year’s Eve can start with bubbles, laughter, and good vibes. Make sure there’s no shortage of laughter, friends, and family.

After dinner, the party continues: dinner + party costs €190 per person (VAT included). And if you’re looking to really let loose… you can also just join the party.

Our New Year’s Eve party kicks off at 12:30 a.m. Enjoy music blaring from the DJ, a vibrant atmosphere, party favors, celebrations, and everything you need to start 2026 off on the right foot. Admission to the party without dinner is €70 per person (VAT included).

The party includes 4 drinks/pints, a late-night snack, and party favors… so the night doesn’t stop until 5:30 a.m. and you have everything you need. It’s the perfect plan if you want to dance, toast, say goodbye to the year with friends or family, share good times, and leave 2025 behind.
