They are already here! This mouth-watering event kicks off in the capital’s most alternative neighbourhood: from 20 to 26 March, the Patty Event will take place in one of the most iconic restaurants of downtown Malaga: La Fábrica. Come by any day and try up to four different types of patties. These are new recipes off the menu, meaning they are also available if you prefer the usual options. Let’s find out which delights are being baked in our kitchens!

First, as a novelty, we bring you a chicken carbonara patty with delicious mushrooms and bacon mayonnaise. A delicious snack with all the ingredients that make you feel at home. A real show of comfort food. Are you ordering it? We would have no doubt about it. The second type of patty suggested comes with a Nordic flair. It is designed for those who want to indulge their senses with something lighter: salmon, ricotta, and spinach patty with tartar sauce. A work of art bursting with contrasts guaranteed to make you repeat the experience.

Now we move on to the most Italian proposal: Our delicious patty a la puttanesca with semi-dry tomato mayonnaise will make your senses travel to the heart of the Italian peninsula without even moving from Malaga. A safe bet you will be more than thrilled with! Finally, try another kind of patty with ingredients similar to the previous proposal, except with a Greek touch: it has been made of dried tomato, bacon, and feta with fresh basil mayonnaise. Whoa! Isn’t it perfect for cheese lovers? Our chefs have nailed it with this option.
